Become a 2015 IARU Sustainability Research Fellow  and spend the summer working overseas. The Yale Office of Sustainability in partnership with the International Alliance of Research Universities will select two fellows who will be placed with either Peking University or Cambridge University for a six to eight week period between June 1st and August 15th, (different dates may be arranged under special circumstances, ideal dates for Cambridge are July 10 – August 21). Students will be hosted by the Office of Sustainability or equivalent. Students with interests in urban design (Peking) and sustainability communication and outreach (Cambridge) are encouraged to apply. Upon their return, students will be hired to work with the Yale Office of Sustainability for the academic year 2015-16.

Fellows must be returning Yale undergraduate or graduate students of any major. Interested applicants must submit a resume, cover letter and one page essay describing how this opportunity fits into their studies and professional interests by close of business on Friday, March 6th, 2015 to sarah.compton@yale.edu in the Yale Office of Sustainability.
