State of the Bay Report is now availableThe Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve (GBBR) State of the Bay Report is now available. Your association has or will have hard copies available and you can download the report. The GBBR team has reviewed research from the Great Lakes, Lake Huron, and Georgian Bay to provide a summary of environmental conditions in your community. Become a Guardian of the BayWe are looking for stories that exemplify Guardians of the Bay behavior, to share and promote, as a way to spread the ethic and encourage more GOTB behaviors. August 25th Water LevelsAll of the Great Lakes remain above their long-term average levels. Lake Michigan-Huron is 2 inches below its level of one year ago. Since the previous month, Lake Michigan-Huron has fallen 2 inches. Over the next 30 days, Lake Michigan-Huron is forecast to fall by 2 inches. |
