I just read the article ... by Catherine McLean / Manager of Service Caledon and I have to say that article is exactly what I needed to read right now. After being in business for 37 years, we are now experiencing a different work force that needs to be dealt with a little different than years ago, and I have always stood on my head for all our clients from day one, and getting everyone on side with that way of thinking is paramount, but not so easy. Catherine uses Disney World as an example. And I can so relate as I have been there twice and each time I felt an amazing sense of being very welcomed by middle aged employees making minimum wage, but they so bought into the Disney theme.
