Asking the simple question, ‘Are you ok?’ can make a world of difference. There are events happening around campus for R U OK? Day including the UMSU Welfare Free Cooked Breakfast, 8:30am - 10:30am on South Court - Union House, and the UMSU Arts & Science BBQ lunch and activities with the Student Peer Leader Network, 12pm - 2pm on Clocktower Lawn. Remember, on campus we also have Student Connect and the Counselling and Psychological Services who provide free advice and support to all our students.
