Greetings Families, 

Shawl-Anderson Dance Center wants to welcome you back to the studio this semester! Classes for our youth semester began on August 24, 2026. Although classes have already begun, trial classes and enrollment are available through the first 4-weeks of the semester.

We offer classes to all ages, every level and many dance styles. Check out the recommended classes below or see the website for the full schedule. 

All classes at the SADC Elmwood location (2704 Alcatraz Ave) unless noted. 

3-4 y/o:
Creative Movement (3-6y/o): Monday ~ 3-3:45p 

5-7 y/o:
Creative Movement (5-7): Tuesday from 3:45-4:30p
Creative Movement (5-7): Thursday from 3:45-4:30p
Hip Hop FUNdamentals: Saturday from 11:45-12:30p

8-11 y/o:
Youth Hip Hop- Advanced: Wednesday from 5-6p @ Center St

Teen:
Teen Contemporary- Intermediate: Monday & Wednesday from 6-7:30p
Teen Contemporary- Advanced: Tuesday & Thursday from 4:30-6p
Teen Contemporary- Beginning: Thursday from 4:30-6p
Teen Belly Dance- Beginning: Thursday from 6-7:30p
Teen Contemporary- Intermediate: Saturday from 11:30a-1p
