AHA is changing their online grant submission processThe American Heart Association (AHA) will retire the Grants@Heart system as of noon on Thursday, May 28, 2020. In early June 2020, AHA will announce details on how to access your AHA ProposalCentral account. AHA has announced that certain data will be transferred to ProposalCENTRAL, which is the portal that will be used in the future for AHA grant application, peer review, and award management. These records will be transferred to ProposalCentral:
Once Grants@Heart is taken offline, you will no longer be able to access it. If you wish to download information such as pdf documents or screenshots -- particularly from proposals you started but did not submit to the AHA -- you must do so by noon CST on Thursday, May 28. The target date for announcing the opening of AHA in ProposalCentral is Tuesday, June 2, 2020. After May 28, neither system will be available until the announcement that ProposalCentral is open for use. Following the announcement in early June, you will be able to access information that has been transferred into ProposalCentral:
ProposalCentral allows only one account per user. Reviewing your current AHA account(s) now will smooth your login process in early June. To test your account(s):
