There was record attendance from inbound travel agents and we had over 60 appointments during the 2 day event. Key themes for Hauraki Coromandel: 1. Boutique accommodation - High demand for unique and boutique accommodation - Minimum night stays can be a challenge for trade bookings - As always, commitment to commission friendly terms is important 2. Cathedral Cove - A lot of interest regarding land access and when it will open again Businesses demonstrating sustainable practices was of interest, with Hauraki Coromandel being highly regarded for our nature based experiences and access to bush and beach. Please remember to keep us up to date with product updates that we can share with the travel trade. We continue to follow up on trade meeting requests as we look forward to representing Hauraki Coromandel at the eXplore and TRENZ shows. If you are interested in growing international visitation for your business, please let us know so we can share you details. Export ready accommodation is of particular interest.
