The Coromandel good for your soul

Kia Ora!

Late last year we launched phase one of the region's summer campaign by revealing The Coromandel Cure, a research-backed prescription for anyone needing relief from the stresses of a too-busy life.

The Coromandel Cure was revealed on Three's TV show The Project, with extensive out-of-home (outdoor) advertising and digital activity directing viewers to The Coromandel Cure campaign page on thecoromandel.com. To date, we've seen the campaign generate over 7 million views and reach a PR value exceeding $350,000 across paid and earned media.

The final phase, which is due to go live next week, will focus on pushing further awareness and conversion. With a collaborative industry approach, we've got the ability to make this grow even bigger and we want to bring everyone along for the ride.

Help us promote all the offerings Hauraki Coromandel has to offer and let's showcase offers that can't be ignored. Cures, prescriptions, whatever you want to call it, we'd love to include your offerings to entice and push the desire to book. We've currently got about 30 packages (cures/prescriptions) on offer, but with some due to expire we are inviting you to get in quick and join The Cure.

Find out how to participate:

  • Upload a package or special offer here
    • A special product (e.g limited edition product, dish on a menu, or experience)
    • A combo, package, add-on, anything that's good for your soul. This could be solo or in collaboration with other operators
  • Share, tag, like or comment on our posts
  • Use our templates to customise your own 'Cure' social content (examples below)
  • Full details can be found here (including simple marketing tools).
