This is our very first UK-only newsletter. I greatly appreciate you receiving my message. I created Top Class Actions to connect people to lawsuits and settlements they can participate in. I am not a lawyer, and we are not a law firm, but we report on news that affects people like you. The United Kingdom has class actions and group actions, which we will cover and, hopefully, help you find some pound notes you can claim. Many of the lawsuits we'll report on are looking for participants. It's important that you sign up if you qualify. If you don't sign up, you may not be able to claim a portion of the settlement, which sometimes adds up to tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of pounds. If you see any lawsuits you would like us to report on, please email us! questions@uk.topclassactions.com. We would love to hear from you. You'll typically receive a reply within two business days. You'll receive a newsletter update like this one every two weeks, for now. I hope you enjoy it. It includes a personal update from me, what I'm up to, and what the business is doing. Sometimes it's all personal notes, sometimes it's all business, but I hope each time you find it interesting. On to more from me! We're already 1/3 of the way through August. Can you BELIEVE it? I'm busy calling clients, working on renewals and new cases, and generally working my butt off. I'm doing all of that while also interviewing Sales and Marketing candidates for different positions here at TCA. The bulk of my Monday was spent doing interviews and in Zoom meetings. It was a long day, which didn't allow me to make as many sales calls. That's a tough balance. I need to interview every potential full-time hire but I also need to run the company. I'm the only sales guy right now, so that means I also need to bring in the revenue so we can afford to pay all of our awesome people. It's a very challenging juggling act. I'm doing that while, of course, making sure to spend time with my amazing family. Today, thankfully, my beautiful bride dragged me away after my last interview for a walk. It turns out one of the golf courses here in Show Low, Arizona, U.S., is closed every Monday, and today that happened to be the course right outside the home we're renting. That worked out well because we got to walk through almost nine holes on the cart path, enjoying the beautiful green grass, tall pine trees, and homes hidden among the woods lining the fairways. I needed the exercise to clear my mind and give me a brief two-mile break before heading back to work. We walked and talked about work, life, kids, and, of course, GOLF! If you would have told me 10 years ago that I would be excited about living along a golf course, I would have replied: "you're CRAZY!" Yet, here I am and loving it. A little age, family, and life puts things in perspective sometimes, huh? OK, back to work for me! I've got more clients to follow up with. We need to book a WHOLE lotta revenue this week. If you're a lawyer and need clients, please make sure to reach out to me! That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week! Warm Regards,
