Chapter Taxes DueMay 15 was the deadline to file taxes! If your chapter fails to file, you risk losing your tax-exempt status. Not to worry though! On the Leader Resources page of our website, you will find a guide to filing your chapter taxes. Once you have
filed them, forward the confirmation email from the IRS to chapters@slowfoodusa.org along with the name of your chapter. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the network support team by emailing us. Final Reminder: Chapters that fail to submit their 2017 annual report will be removed from our website. Only 75 out of 150 chapters submitted their annual report. Please email us if your chapter needs an

Slow Food Dallas Fort Worth will strive to educate the community about food sourcing as it relates to healthfulness, stressing local sustainable and in-season options for their food region. In particular but not limited to - collaboration will include farmers, producers, schools, chefs, and home cooks. The chapter also plans to invest in the subject of growing food.
Slow Food Central Iowa sets forth with the purpose to educate, support and volunteer within their community with a sole focus on food. By doing so, they hope to achieve a chapter focused on sustainable agriculture, cleaner foods that are available to all and to help preserve Heritage Foods.
