Catagorically, businesses are having to become more reactive and adaptable than ever before.
Fortunately for us we've always been in the business of providing fast turnarounds, and with some of the design problems we are asked to resolve we are also well used to thinking outside the box!
This has certainly stood us in good stead over the last 9 months and the feedback we are receiving time and time again is "how wonderful to get such a fast reply to my enquiry"!
There are times when we have to wait for someone to get back to us and I must admit it's certainly my bug bear at the moment! I appreciate that with flexible furlough hours in operation, it can be difficult to keep continuity going, but when time is of the essence, it does make life difficult when you're on the receiving end!
We certainly don't claim to be perfect, but I can guarantee our lines of communication are always open, our aim being you will never have to wait to get an answer. In short, talking to you is our priority!
