    1. OneDrive

Just a friendly reminder that a person’s University OneDrive is deleted 180-270 days after they depart from the University.

Before a staff members’ employment ceases, information  should be disposed of, or moved to a collaborative application appropriate to the team to encourage corporate memory and business continuity.

For further information please refer to the section Data Privacy and Retention /Disposal for OneDrive in the KBA below.

    2. RMSP Tips & Updates

Can I categorise my information in RMSP using folders and subfolders?

RMSP doesn’t support the use of folders and sub-folders – it instead favours the use of metadata to group and categorise information. Visit the following KBA for more information.

Can I  collaborate on a Word document stored in  my Record Managed SharePoint library?

    3.  Leaving or Relocating?
