Good luck for Nationals
The premier competition on the dancesport calendar is just a couple of days away. We have a number of couples associated with our studio who'll be gracing the floor over the weekend and we wanted to pause for a moment to wish each of you the very best of luck with your dancing. If you're heading to the event, keep an eye out for them:

Thank you to our volunteers
A massive thank you to our dancers who've volunteered to help at this weekend's NZ Open Dance Championships. You guys rock! We love that you make the event so welcoming for our New Zealand and international competitors and couldn't run the competition without you.
Please note: Health and safety is super important at this year's event, so even if you've volunteered before you will need to go through the 30 minute induction before your shift starts.

Mystery Creek Events Centre
If you're involved in dance or just love to watch it, you'll want to join us for two days of spectacular dancing across all three styles of dancesport - Ballroom, New Vogue and Latin American. Check the website for start times and ticket prices. The great news is that you can come and go as you please across the day and evening.
Halloween Social
Get ready to get your scare on at Footwork's halloween social in just over a week's time! We're looking forward to getting our scariest props out of storage for this annual event - and we've got a couple of new items to show you too. See you there.

Entry fee: $10 per person.
Bring a plate for a shared supper.
