LAKESIDE NEWS FROM THE SPIRESA NOTE FROM OUR TEAMGreetings from The Spires team! Can you believe it's already July? For some reason, summer has always made me more nostalgic than usual and never fails to bring memories and feelings of summers past - from childhood, my first summer as a married woman, or that summer I pushed a stroller as a new parent. This summer, I find myself with an empty nest and am struck with the odd sensation that I've been here before. Not really, I know. However, the feelings are familiar- that bittersweet mix of sadness and excitement as I feel a sense of loss for what was and the excitement of what's next. I am sure you can relate. We've all looked back at a certain point in our life and felt a twinge of loss for the person we once were or the season in our life that has just passed. Sometimes those feelings are fleeting but other times they knock us a little off kilter and we find ourselves floundering a bit and asking, "What's next?" or "Who am I now?" If we are honest, it can sometimes feel like wearing a pair of new shoes that you haven't broken in yet... they attracted you, you chose them, you love the look and idea of them, but they just aren't quite you yet. It takes time. If you find yourself in a similar place in your life right now, rest assured that you are in good company. We are so thrilled that you have chosen The Spires, and are confident that you will love your new home! However, we know that change can bring on many emotions as you shift from what once was to what is going to be. Just know that we are here to help you through it every step of the way. Please be sure to join us on July 9th for one of our "Right-Sizing" discussions with our partners from Moving Station, Jen Hornacek and Uvon Tucker, as they discuss this very topic! Sincerely, Monika Lawrence, We hope you enjoyed watching this latest footage as much as we did! Please remember that this is now an active construction site and, for safety reasons, we've been asked to refrain from visiting the area. We will continue to post drone footage on a regular basis to keep you informed and up to date.
