Today it's RAINING! I know, I know, for many of you out there that's not a special event. In the desert, it's AWESOME AND AMAZING! Right now it's 72 degrees and WONDERFUL! Yesterday (Sunday) it was already 90 and HOT! Arizona, Nevada, and friends in Mexico, make sure to stay safe! Flash floods from the tropical storm we're going to see in the next few days are real AND deadly. I'm hopeful we'll get a big rain while my girls are home and it's daytime so they can play in the wash a bit. It's as close as we have to a river near our home and only "runs" for a few hours each year. By river I mean stream a few inches deep at most LOL!

On the work side of things, we saw that final checks for the Cook Country Strip Search Settlement were mailed out. That's GREAT! We've been following it since 2010, so to say this final payment is a long time coming is no stretch of the imagination. Viewers are also reporting more than $100 checks for the Hustler FACTA settlement! That's fantastic! I love to see you cash those checks and put money in your pockets! We also see a LOT of upset consumers who feel they were lied to regarding pricey "pH balanced" bottled water. More than 180 comments and counting! OK, on to more lawsuit and settlement updates:
