New York Partner Summit 

NY Partner Summit

The New York Enactus Partner Summit will take place July 19-20, 2016. The event brings together members of the Enactus U.S. National Advisory Board and other representatives from partner companies. In addition to the multiple networking opportunities, the summit is designed to allow members to contribute insights on the strategic growth of Enactus United States, participate in round table discussions around relevant business topics with other executives and selected Enactus students, and to hear best practices on how companies are building win-win partnerships with Enactus. As a student, this is an opportunity to engage with executives, offering a unique perspective on a variety of topics.

Submission Deadline: June 17, 2016

How to be considered?
Students must follow these step-by-step instructions:

·         Log in to the Enactus Career Marketplace
·         Click the Jobs tab
·         Search keywords "New York Partner Summit"
·         Submit your resume
·         In the notes section answer the following questions:

-   What do you know about the Partner Summit event?
-   Why should you be selected to attend this event?

The career fair/networking event has ended. You made some great connections and there’s a good chance you have a stack of business cards in your pocket. What do you do with them?? Sending a connection request via LinkedIn can make a great impression…if you do it right. Here are some tips to help you stand out from the crowd.

 

Career Marketplace 

Did you know there are 78 positions posted (49 full time, 26 part time and 3 internships) on the Career Marketplace? Click here for a list of jobs posted and be sure to check the site often as jobs expire and new ones are added daily.

How to Apply:

1. Register/login at http://bit.ly/EnactusCM (You must be registered on enactus.org and approved by faculty advisor before Career Marketplace account is approved.)

2. Once approved, you'll be sent an email from jobs@enactus.org (check spam/junk folder) with login information.

3. Then, create profile (5 minutes), upload resume (seconds) and apply for an awesome career.

Thanks for all the progress you’ve enabled during your time enrolled as an Enactus student! As an alumni member you are still part of the “us” in Enactus and can stay connected through involvement in the Enactus Alumni Network.

Popular ways you can stay engaged:

·         CONNECT: No matter where you land after graduation, there’s a good chance there are other alumni in your local area! We’d love to get you connected. Be sure to submit your updated (permanent) contact email in the survey!

·         ENGAGE: From launching an official chapter of the alumni network in your city or engaging with a smaller group of Enactus alumni within your company, there are many ways to keep the conversation going, enabling progress wherever you are!

·         GROW: Enactus has likely helped develop you personally and professionally as a student. From unique leadership forums to on-campus mentor interaction with local team Business Advisory Boards, keep growing as an alumni member!

·         GIVE BACK: Time, talent, treasure…give back to the organization that has made a positive impact on your life. Serve as a judge at a competition or mentor students through BAB engagement. Support Enactus as a personal donor - every action makes a difference. It can be as easy as skipping your morning latte’ once or twice a month, donating that to Enactus!
