MESSAGESA MESSAGE FROM DAMIEN LAFOREST You may have noticed that there have been other changes in recent months with the recruitment of Bernard Lott (Projects Manager), Kyle Unicomb (Maintenance Supervisor), Bonnie Doolan (HR Projects) and Tamika Jowlett (HR Assistant). These appointments signal the growth we have experienced in recent times but also our capacity for further growth in the future. Be mindful however that there will still be times when crane numbers decline but the overall trend Reds Global has experienced is consistent year on year growth. Long may this continue. I look forward to sharing positive news in the future with project wins, customer feedback and crane purchases. For now, keep safe and I will see you all soon.
The Sydney market has 51% of all the tower cranes currently standing in Australia. Sydney currently has 346 tower cranes standing with 34 tower cranes in the city. This is an increase of 13 tower cranes since the last quarter of 2017. Sydney's inner and outer suburbs have a total of 312 tower cranes standing today. Newcastle currently has 10 tower cranes standing. Reds Global are just about to commence the Parramatta West Village project for Parkview supplying 2 x Yongmao's, a STL420 and STL230. We have been successful with the supply of a tower crane on an internal climber for Richard Crookes on their residential project in North Sydney. This will see the second of our internal climbing systems in use. We have been awarded another residential project in Mascot with Meriton. Currently we are in negotiations on other residential and commercial projects. Over the last few weeks we have been introduced to a number of new builders that have entered into the Sydney market with projects already on their books and we are working together to bring these projects forward. There are a lot of works in our pipeline that will see strong and positive growth to our business. With the continued assistance of our crane crews working with our clients on current projects, building relationships and trust we will excel through 2018 and well into the future. Below is some drone footage taken of all our current projects. It looks amazing, check it out. RECENT WORKSCritical works were successfully undertaken on projects by Reds Global in the past month. PHOTO COMPMorgan Roberts has won the prize for March with a massive 60 likes for his picture taken at our Meriton site in Lidcombe. A special mention goes out to Rik Wittkopp. He was hoping to win this month. It was funny that even if he did not win it was actually a photo of him that did. Got a photo to share?
