A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone! Here we are, a third of the way through December. We've got Christmas and Hanukkah just two weeks away, and Boxing Day as well. I think it's pretty cool that you get a day to recover from Christmas that's just for time with family, shopping and hockey. Boxing Day is pretty darn awesome, and should be embraced by Americans! Who wouldn't want that extra day for shopping and sports?

I know my beautiful bride and girls LOVE shopping. I have to introduce them to hockey, though. It's not something they grew up watching here in the desert in Arizona. I guess it's time to finally take the whole family to a game!

As I work on growing the company in Canada, I'm learning more about Canadian culture and sports. As I mentioned above, hockey is obviously THE sport in Canada, so how can we start marketing in those arenas? Should I be more focused on shopping centres, rather than sports fans? Lots of things to consider when introducing something new, like class actions, to most people. We're focused on finding the most class actions that you, as a consumer, can participate in. So we'll keep doing THAT!

If you have any questions for us, or are a lawyer and would like to work with us, please reach out to questions@topclassactions.com. Our team is ready to connect and help answer any questions you have.

That's all for now! Talk to you soon! Wrap up that Christmas and Hanukkah shopping! Make it a GREAT week!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
President & CEO
