Business Update
One of the new practices I am using with clients is called “Generative Leadership.” This is an innovative approach that taps into an organization's collective intelligence to catalyze organizational development and build personal leadership. It has been particularly effective with my clients who lead technology and/or engineering organizations but can be applied to any functional teams.

Training Update
In early September, I was at Lake Tahoe, ramping up my training for my next race, feeling excited to be swimming in the lake each morning and training in such a beautiful and inspiring locale. Then I had a cycling accident (trying to avoid a car on a narrow driveway) and broke my right wrist. And yes, I’m right-handed.
