We hope your preparation for this event has been going well and we look forward to welcoming you to Mystery Creek Events Centre. As promised, the following is information you might find useful for your two days of competition at the Mystery Creek Events Centre. ENTRYIf you haven’t already, please consider buying your tickets online. Just go to our website. With the event so close, and Labour Weekend about to start, there isn’t enough time to courier tickets to you. So we’ll hold them at the venue for you to pick up during the event. Also, a reminder that registering to dance does not give you entry to the venue - you and your partner will require tickets. YOUR BACK NUMBERYour back number for the event is now available! Just head to the Dancesport Live (NZ) website to find it. On the day of competition, you will require $5 cash as a deposit for your number. The $5 will be returned to you when you return your number at the conclusion of your events. SESSION TIMESThe event programme has now been finalised, so we can indicate the start times for each session. SATURDAY SUNDAY PROGRAMMES: $20Programmes will be available for purchase (cash only) at the Footwork Dancesport Studio, 50 Commerce St, Frankton, between 1pm and 7.30pm on Friday 27 October. Purchases can also be made from an event volunteer at the Hamilton Airport Hotel on the Friday evening between 5pm and 6pm. Of course, if you can’t get to either location beforehand, you’ll be able to buy your copy of the programme at the event. THE FIRST 15Here's the first events that will kick off our Saturday programme. PRACTISE SESSIONSThe Footwork Dancesport Studio will again be available for competitors to practise on Friday 27 October. The studio - at 50 Commerce St, Frankton - will be open between 1pm and 7.30pm. A cash payment of $5 per person will be required for use of the venue.FOOD AND COFFEEA selection of food will be available for purchase from the on-site cafe each day of the event. There will also be a coffee cart on site.EFTPOS facilities will be available. ALCOHOLA small selection of wines and beers will be available for purchase from the on-site cafe for the evening sessions only. EFTPOS facilities will be available. Please note: You cannot bring your own alcohol into the venue.BAG DROPThis year we will be providing a staffed desk where you can drop your suit, dress and sports bags if you’re not wanting to leave these items in the changing rooms. This will be set up on the ground floor inside the venue.
