Each quarter your practice must upload five shared health summaries for each 1,000 Standardised Whole Patient Equivalent (SWPE). Smaller practices with less than 1,000 SWPE must still upload the minimum of five shared health summaries. Your practice SWPE is featured on your PIP statement. If you do not meet your practice quota you risk being penalised and having to repay all or
part of your dPIP payment. For more information contact the Digital Health Team.
GPs – Have Your Say! CESPHN’s Small Group Learning Program Discussion Meeting – Tuesday 17 October 2017, 6.30 pm
CESPHN has been running a Small Group Learning (SGL) Program for GPs over the past 12 months following the RACGP criteria. SGL is a form of CPD in which attracts 40 Category 1 RACGP QI&CPD points. SGL allows GPs to share knowledge and discuss daily practice with their peers. It maximises the benefits of working together in a small group educational setting. It utilises peer support interaction amongst the group, which is led by a facilitator which ensures group members take ownership of the learning
process. CESPHN is looking at reviewing the process for running the SGL Program. Interested GPs are welcome to attend an upcoming discussion meeting to provide input into the process. Event details:
