LADDER INSPECTION SERVICE 

DO YOU HAVE YOUR LADDERS INSPECTED REGULARLY ? IT'S A LEGAL REQUIREMENT !

WHY ?

Ladders are work equipment as specified by the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER). Their inspection is required by regulation 12 of  the Work at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR) They should be subject to periodic detailed inspection at regularly intervals dependant on the type of use. For ladders that are used every day for example, it is recommended they should be inspected at least every 3 months (obviously pre-use checks still need be made by the user)

HOW WE CAN HELP

If in doubt on the condition of the ladder for the work task they should be removed from service & quarantined to prevent use until repaired / replaced, our manufacturing division can also help with this if required.

With regards the inspection- we will prepare an inventory, tag/identify each piece of equipment and provide written documentation detailing our findings in pdf format that can be supplied electronically. We will take the strain out of maintaining this for the customer and will advise when inspection is due and take care of the rest for you.
