THE 35TH RHUBARB FESTIVAL

Just one week until Rhubarb takes over the whole neighbourhood with hundreds of artists in five venues sharing new experiments in theatre, dance, music, and performance.

The festival kicks off on Wednesday the 12th with a massive opening night program. We've got Open Space Projects happening at venues all around the neighbourhood and a special line up of artists that animate unusual spaces at Buddies for one night only. And it all wraps up with a very special presentation of Heather Cassils' Becoming an Image.

And that's just day one - there is something different every night.

Catch new works by Catherine Hernandez, Regina the Gentlelady, members of our Young Creators Unit, Gerard Reyes, Maggie MacDonald, Gein Wong, lemonTree creations and so much more, plus a bunch of free events including lunches, artist talks, and the new Open Space Projects series.
