What's to love about being here?

You may have heard that we're searching for a hospitality tenant for our Clock Tower building and wondered why you would consider leasing here. Sally Wynn-Wiliams, partner of current tenant Brannigans that specialises in executive appointments, HR consultancy and leadership development, shares what she loves about being an Arts Centre tenant:

“Moving back into central Christchurch was incredibly important for our business and really helps us feel connected to the city’s rebuild. We’re proud to invite clients to our office space which is not only comfortable but has beautiful heritage features."

If you're interested in being a part of the Arts Centre, please visit our leasing website to find out more about the Clock Tower ground floor space and terrace.

Boys' High turret restored - five years on

Almost five years to the day since the Boys' High turret (stone tower) was damaged by earthquakes, it was last month restored to its former glory.

Arts Centre stonemasons Jamie Harris, left, and Ned Allaway are pictured above placing the top piece of the turret, known as a finial, into place. The picture on the right shows damage to the tower following the earthquakes.

Check out our photo gallery on Facebook to see the turret's amazing restoration that includes significant strengthening of the tower.
