Social Value and the Environment Exploring the links between social and environmental value is a continuing area of importance across our global network. At SVUK we've been extremely happy to have been a part of the EGGS project focused on food waste and the environment, and social outcomes. We have some exciting news and updates below, and will take a look at some of the latest environmental news. - On March 31st Social Value UK will be hosting the fantastic, free Environment and Social Value - Food, Waste, and Play event! SVUK are proud to have been part of the EGGS project – an EU funded initiative aimed at tackling food and packaging waste. Find out more here.
- Learn more about the EGGS project and the methodology used to develop the game, including their focus group methodology, an SROI report and Value Game materials. All available here.

- As part of the EGGS project, SVUK are looking for people to help beta test an educational video game for students aged 11-15. This involves playing the game and
providing feedback via an online survey. More information and a link to download the game are available in this document.
Environmental News Updates
Social Value UK Updates: Social Value UK surveyed with our members and network at the end of December 2020 to gain greater insight into the effects the global health pandemic has been having across our membership community here in the UK. Thank you to all who participated! The survey also explored the importance of social value throughout organisations during the crisis, as well as
examining the effect membership with Social Value UK has had for those engaging with us during this period
