A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone! Is it already the end of August? What happened? Soon (HOPEFULLY soon in AZ), it'll be Fall! I'm happy to announce this is the first time I've looked at a 10-day forecast and there's not a single 110 degree day on there. Here's hoping those days are behind us. We'll still see 108 but if it's less than 110, when I walk Barkley later in the evening, it tends to be 90, or even <gasp> in the high 80s and pleasant! WOOOOOO!!!! COME ON WINTER!!!!

When I dropped off Aubrey today, I felt the tug of my heart that all parents feel. While I was distracted checking her in, she ran to her classroom. No hug or kiss, or BYE DADDY! As I saw the office door close and watched her skip to her class through the window I felt a physical, visceral, pain in my chest. I know she's trying her best to be older and more mature, especially in front of her peers, but MAN that hurt! How could she forget to say BYE?!?! 

That feeling is why I'm still happy to wrestle with the girls and spend time with them every night before bed. It's a reminder that soon they won't want to goof around or spend time with Dad before they go to bed. Heck, in a few years, they'll be going to bed AFTER me, I'm sure! So, I'll embrace these times and make sure tomorrow she's not too fast for me! I'll get my hug and proper goodbye while I still can! I hope you give your kids a squeeze, if you're able to, as well.

On the work side of things, I can't tell you how amazed I am by you, our amazing viewers. We run a new settlement and BOOM, the settlement administrator gets 30,000 claims within just a day or two. WOW! That's incredible! That really, really helps us show settlement administrators what a positive impact we have on class actions. It also helps them continue to push more our way. So keep on submitting those claims if you qualify! More settlements means more awesome for you and your families!
