DECATHLON - OLD BOY TAKES GOLD

Congratulations to Old Collegian and decathlete, Ashley Moloney (2017), who earlier this month smashed his personal best with a championship record of 8190, taking Gold at the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) 2018 World U20
Championships in Tampere, Finland.

According to the IAAF, it is the first time an Australian has won a combined events title at the World U20 Championships and Ashley did it with the biggest winning margin in the Championship's history! Well done Ashley.
