HuThings I Wish Trees Could Do: Join the Power of Punchlines Journey Discover how satire and personal storytelling can raise awareness, inspire dialogue, and challenge the status quo— all while keeping your audience laughing. By the end of the journey, you’ll have developed a 5 -10-minute stand-up routine that not only entertains but sparks meaningful conversations about the world around us. Power of Punchlines has opened my eyes to how comedy works behind the scenes and how to start thinking of my own jokes. Hollie Harper, the amazing Teaching Artist, really takes the time to help everyone find their own voice and perspective as a comedian. Doing stand-up feels really daunting, especially as a full beginner, but it's been a great experience, and I'm excited to see where it'll take me! -Camilla Spillman (she/her), Girls Write Now Mentee Community SpotlightCOLLABORATORY EVENTSCommunity Studios Start This Week!April Showers Bring Creative Flowers Are you looking for a way to connect with other writers while exercising your creative muscles?
