New year, new beginnings... Farewell, Sharon LeadbetterAfter nearly seven years fearlessly leading WayAhead Workplaces, Sharon is moving home to New Zealand at the start of March. Sharon's contributions, passion and zest for life will be missed by many! Though we're sure this is not the last we will see of her, as she hopes to become a "trans-Tasman ambassador" for better relationships in the workplace mental health sector. The Program Officer, Lynley Hurst will be acting in the role as we recruit for a new Workplace Health and Wellbeing Lead. The role will be advertised from next week. The conference theme is Trauma and Recovery, and there will be sessions on workplace wellbeing, Maori Health, Pasifika health, digital health, rural communities and peer support.
