Slides Now Available - State Designated Entity and HCBS Quality and Infrastructure Funds: Increasing Access and Utilization for Adult BH HCBS
MCTAC and State partners from OMH and OASAS held a series of in person training events on statewide policies and initiatives that will increase access to and utilization of Adult BH HCBS. Announcing Regional VBP Trainings
MCTAC+ is pleased to announce regional, half day trainings on value-based payment. There will be separate, dedicated events for 1) direct care practitioners and 2) managers in behavioral health agencies in each region. See below for training descriptions, locations and times. Practitioners will be provided with an overview of the basics of value-based payment and explore the expanded role of the direct care practitioner as an essential part of quality, integrated care and improved health outcomes. MCTAC + is a group of partners from New York Association Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (NYAPRS), The Coalition for Behavioral Health, The Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Providers of New York State (ASAP) and Families Together in New York State (FTNYS) that come together through MCTAC to provide individualized and hands-on training and technical assistance to behavioral health providers throughout NYS on the successful transition to Medicaid managed care.
