The Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science sent out a press release announcing the receivers of their 2017 DFF-Research project grants. Among the receivers are 4 synbio center associated scientists; Ulrik Gether, Tom Vosch, Claus Løland, and Sotirios Kampranis. Food security, renewable energy sources, and medicines. New summer school in Plant Innovation Law coordinated by synbio law scholar Ana Nordberg. The course is taught from an inter-disciplinary perspective and is open to both law students and students or professionals of any other subjects wishing to learn about the legal framework for plant innovation.
