Dear colleagues,

Thanks for taking a moment to join us.

This month we’re sharing a work-friendly practice from our collection of 500+ methods for producing real health, plus three good reads and a dash of inspiration.

Let’s dive in.

HIGH HEALTH PRACTICES FOR BUSINESS

Quick, science-based methods for producing real health—try one at work!

Energized Meetings
Begin by setting intentions for the meeting. This can be as simple as listing each person's main focus or desired goal in a spot where the group can see it. Set a timer for 60 minutes or less; take breaks to move and hydrate. For longer meetings, bring high-quality snacks to keep everyone's brain fueled. Aim for multiple colors and good protein on the plate. What do you notice about people’s energy during and after the meeting?
