We hope this newsletter finds you and your loved ones as healthy and happy as possible as 2021 finally approaches! 🎄❤️🌏 At Centre Stage HQ we're looking forward to our last couple of weeks this side of Christmas (Term 1 ends 12 Dec) and getting into the festive spirit with Holiday camps until 24 Dec! Whilst we're not kicking off the festive season this year quite how we normally would (with our annual panto!) enthusiasm, gratitude and Christmas spirit still abounds!

Read on to see what we're up to this month... 👀

Musical Theatre Dance Intensive...

One camp to note is a Musical Theatre Dance intensive running 14 - 18 Dec (4.30 - 7.30pm) for teens. It's a fantastic opportunity for keen dancers to really focus on their craft, by exploring the differing styles of MT Dance – from Fosse, to Robbins, Lynne to Blankenbuehler - over the course of a week with our fab teacher, Greg Sim. Bring Jazz shoes & Joie de vivre!

Sing your heart out at home...

As singing is still restricted to taking place on a 1:1 basis in person we do need to ask all our students to keep singing at home! Not only is singing good for the soul, but if not done regularly, your voice becomes less tuned, less versatile and weaker. We need to sing to maintain our vocal health so please practice daily to keep your voice flexible, strong, stretched and 'in tune'!

LOVE,NILS Annual Superhero Benefit...

For those of you who aren't familiar, LOVE,NILS are an amazing charity, close to our hearts, who provide support to children with cancer and their caregivers. Their annual Superhero Benefit (a Virtual Event this year of course) is coming up on 5 December; you can find out more about this, and the wonderful work they do, through the link below...

A note about our covid-19 measures...

As ever, the health and wellbeing of our students, parents and team remains our #1 priority. Whilst Phase 3 seems like it's very much on the horizon, our guidelines - in line with directives from MOE/MOH - remain pretty much the same now as when we first reopened in June. (Though by December end, TraceTogether will become compulsory). We really appreciate - and continue to need - your ongoing support of and co-operation with these measures. 🙌
