It is difficult to have a conversation about shared value and not bring up the all important subject of measurement. Among our members it is a constant source of fascination and we are pleased to feature in this issue of In Practice a new guide for measuring shared value, co-created by shared value consultants Phil Preston and Andrew Hamilton. The guide provides a practical approach to addressing the measurement conundrum and includes lessons learned from organisations such as Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.
