Hear Vodafone and Continual describe their journey in our 16 February webinarA year of major contract winsIn April this year we announced a new multi-million dollar contract to provide Mobility Experience Analytics to a Tier 1 network operator in Europe, our third major operator win since the start of 2020. A comprehensive evaluation process by the operator had demonstrated that these analytics translated into multiple benefits. The technical evaluation criteria included unique, unparalleled capability to analyze and score user experience and quality along 260,000 km of roads and highways, using anonymized data based on accurately-plotted journeys by actual subscribers. The demonstrable business benefits included securing significant automotive and enterprise contracts, enhanced customer retention, and improved industry benchmark results. Continual has announced that it is partnering with NTT Data to deliver technology-driven services to improve the experience for commuters, passengers and drivers utilizing the mobile network along their journeys. One of the projects we are particularly proud of is with a Tier 1 carrier in the USA. Starting from the objective of improving their ranking in a key independent nationwide highway performance benchmark, the project progressed through a rigorous evaluation in two of its most lucrative markets. Finally it has been rolled out to a full coast-to-coast deployment that monitors performance across the US transportation system - roads, highways and railways. This is the largest deployment we have to date, and is a testimony to the importance of connected mobility to all operators. A few stats from this deployment - the system:
