MESSAGES

A WORD FROM JASON REDMAN

Hello Team,

Hope your all well and warm.  There are a few topics to be discussed for the month of June:

1. Safety and Services
2. Operational Deliveries
3. Services of Cranes and Equipment
4. Weekly Documentation
5. Winter Warm Ups

Safety and Services
When the military go to battle they require every man and women to do their bit.  I liken this to our projects.  We are a team that needs to perform in different situations.

Actions require thought, planning and then playing out.  Strategise how you are going to play.  The Reds Global vision is to be 'First Choice in Materials Handling'.  This vision is achieved by:
- People / Teams
- Safety
- Service

Operational Deliveries
Reflecting on this month I want to thank Neil Hodgen, Lachlan Granter, Simon Stewart, Tony Kamutoa, Simon Hughes, Mitch Kapinus, Rik Wittkopp, Tom Openshaw, Dave Brown, Max Kentwell, John Hourn, Peter Beddall, Mick Sherrington, Travis Easey, Simon Beashel, Matthew O'Brien, James Moriarty, Ben Abas, Glen Pears, Rashana Cameron and Rachel Laidlaw.  This team week on week deliver safely and on time.

Well done team for all the hard work including the Opal Climb, Warwick Farm, prep for: TC23, TC03, TC44,TC37, TC15, Avantra Apartments Climb and various other items.

Services of Cranes and Equipment
It is part of your obligation as a team member of Reds Global to assist the service team when they arrive on site to maintain the cranes.  I believe more action needs to be taken in this regard. Be ready for the service team's arrival.  Ensure you contact Rachel from the office if you have any issues with the crane.  This will allow the team to know in advance what is required.  Make sure you double check with the tech to ensure all your issues are addressed.

It is as much your responsibility to assist with the crane maintenance as it is the service team visiting your site.  Offer your assistance and enquire if there is any task you can do to uphold the highest standard of crane maintenance.

Weekly Documentation
Keep all our assets safe and maintained with weekly checks.  The safety documentation is vitally important to the maintenance of the crane and safety of team members on site.  Please ensure it is completed correctly and returned to the office every week.

Winter Warm Ups

TEAM MEMBERS OF THE MONTH

Rik Wittkopp
Mitch Kapinus
Tom Openshaw

We have changed up the 'Team of the Month' to be the 'Team Members of the Month' as we have had a few crew changes due to different jobs starting and finishing.

This month's prize goes to the technician team.  Their handwork each week is outstanding. The technicians have one of the most difficult roles at Reds Global and their commitment to the team is inspirational.

Enjoy your Gold Class movie vouchers guys, and thank you again for your dedication to our team!

Team Goodtimes

As some of you may be aware Joel Mitchell and his friend Hoppo competed in a Rally recently to raise money for the Cancer Council.  Team Goodtimes raised $18,112 for the event.  They cannot thank everyone enough for donating and helping them make a difference.  Congratulations to them and everyone who got involved.

The whole event went really well with a total of $1.64 Million raised from the 200 cars that competed.  Team Goodtimes came 8th place out of 200 which is such a massive effort.  Reds Global are so proud of the team and happy to have donated to this extremely worthy cause.
