SCHOOL ZONES BACK Slow down around schools

The return of school next week is likely to see an increase in traffic on our roads.

We'll have school crossing supervisors stationed across the shire to help keep children safe.

Please take extra care around schools, remember to slow down, obey speed limits and follow the parking rules.

SPLASH OUT ON US Last chance to enjoy a pool party

On Friday, 22 January, it's Broadford's turn to host an afternoon of poolside fun from 12-4pm at the last of our summer pool parties.

There will be a DJ, inflatables, free food, and competitions with prizes and giveaways.

So escape the heat, grab some friends and hit the Broadford Outdoor Pool tomorrow afternoon.

COVID-19 restrictions apply. Our outdoor pools are open during summer when the air temperature is forecast to be 26 degrees or higher by the Bureau of Meteorology.
