The third instalment of J Sheekey Atlantic Bar’s guest chef series takes place on Tuesday, 22 May. Bruce Rennie made his name running restaurants for some of the UK’s top chefs, including Gary Rhodes and Rick Stein. As the only chef working at The Shore in Penzance,
Rennie enjoys creating menus inspired by the seashore, using the daily, fresh produce the location affords him. For his special appearance at the Atlantic Bar, Rennie’s menu will feature Cornish hake, cauliflower, lime pickle, curried bisque and crispy pilau rice.
