LEARNING JOURNEY REFLECTIONS

Publishing From A to Zine

Putting It All Together in Print 360

Print 360 mentors and mentees learned about the revolutionary art of zines before publishing the second issue of Take Me With You, Girls Write Now's zine created by and for young women and gender expansive young adults. This year's theme focused on food writing, and the mentees brought their creative A-game as they wrote, illustrated, edited, and designed the issue. Their hard work culminated in a celebratory potluck and reading featuring recipes from the zine!
