It's been a big week for exercises and training as Talisman Sabre 2017 hits its stride in Queensland. Also on the training front, the MV Sycamore is moments away from beginning her life as a training vessel for the ADF. I had the chance to get the full tour last week at HMAS Waterhen and she's an impressive capability.
In other news, DSTG has been busy with both cubesats and scramjet technologies with both local and international partners.
The July edition of ADM should also be on your desk by now but if not, please contact Martin Philpott in subscriptions to make sure you're on the list and have your log in details to get the full australiandefence.com.au experience.
Online Editor Patrick Durrant will be back on deck next week.
