A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone!

I hope you had a great week! I’m back in Phoenix and learning today! I go to so many legal conferences and seminars -- and those are great for helping us figure out the hottest new class actions and mass torts, while learning about the latest changes in litigation rules -- but, they don’t necessarily help me run the COMPANY better. I’m doing THAT today.

As every one of you knows, you can’t grow professionally if you don’t take the time to LEARN! Right now I’m surrounded by hundreds of others involved in the digital space online, and figuring out ways to move forward and make things better for you, our amazing viewers. It’s funny, you get so wrapped up in keeping the gigantic bus moving forward, but not necessarily on making the voyage better for everyone involved. I’m BIG on improving yourself professionally and personally, and push my team to attend events like this. If we don’t keep learning and growing, we will stagnate, and someone else will jump up into your place, and even if they aren’t doing it necessarily better, they may do it differently enough to steal your spot. So, keep improving! I’m working on it, and I hope you get some time this year to do the same.

I’ve got an hour left with the legal thriller "Law and Vengeance" and I can’t wait to find out tonight how Gina and Deke wrap things up! Then it’s on to "Law and Addiction." Come on, Mike Papantonio! How about some early release copies for fans of Top Class Actions? How are we supposed to wait until April???
