Digital Transformation Grant

The Digital Main Street Program seeks to help small main street businesses across Ontario improve their adoption of technologies to better promote themselves online, sell online and run back-office processes online.

Business can then apply for a one-time grant of $2,500 to help with the costs of adopting required technology.

Funding boost for local college

On July 11 Sheridan College received an additional investment from FedDev Ontario in support of the Southern Ontario Network for Advanced Manufacturing Innovation (SONAMI) project.

The renewed investment of $14 million will allow SONAMI partners to continue to offer a "single-window" approach to supporting manufacturers' research and development needs.
