Travel With A Cause offers an Aged Care Volunteering course that meets the requirement of CHC 52015 Diploma of Community Services, designed for students but to which any interested party may join for one or more days of volunteer activities
This program includes:
Managing workplace health & safety
Work with diverse workforce and promote diversity within organisation
Demonstrate effective communication skills and participate in developing communication strategies
Analyse the impacts of social and cultural factors on clients
Facilitate workplace debriefing and support processes
