Canada Summer Jobs is a Government of Canada initiative. It provides funding for not-for-profit organizations, public sector employers and small businesses with 50 or fewer full-time employees to create summer jobs for students between the ages of 15 and 30.

Headwaters Wins Big Nationally

On Wednesday, November 30 in Gatineau, QC, among tourism industry leaders from across the country, the team from Headwaters Tourism was proud to accept The Visa Canada Innovator of the Year Award for the Headwaters Parade of Horses.

The Canadian Tourism Awards are presented annually by the Tourism Industry Association of Canada to recognize success, leadership and innovation in Canada's tourism industry, and to reward those people, places, organizations and events that have gone above and beyond to offer travellers superior tourism experiences in Canada.

On Tuesday, November 22 in the nation's capital and among tourism industry leaders from across the province, the team from Headwaters Tourism was proud, honoured, and humbled to represent the businesses of #realheadwaters as they accepted awards in three categories at the 2016 Ontario Tourism Awards of Excellence ceremony.

Headwaters Tourism, won honours in the following categories:

Caledon Small Business Enterprise Centre Update

Starting 2017 the Caledon Small Business Enterprise Centre (SBEC) will be operated by the Town of Caledon. We would like to thank our partners - the Caledon Chamber of Commerce and the Caledon Community Services - for building the SBEC – and we look forward to continuing our partnerships as the new Caledon Business Centre develops. Stay tuned for more information.

UYBI pitch competition will provide entrepreneurs in the GTA with the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a share of funding and mentorship through the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs to accelerate their business.

The Town of Caledon has Community Improvement Plans (CIP) in Bolton, Caledon East and the Six Villages. If you are considering improving or redeveloping your commercial/industrial property and are located in one of these communities you may be eligible for CIP grants.
