Answering Questions on Rule 15c2-11
 

On September 28, 2021, the SEC’s amendments to Rule 15c2-11 (“Rule 211”) will alter the regulatory landscape and allow us to bring greater organization to the OTC market.  We recently hosted informational sessions for investors, broker-dealers, issuers and company advisors to discuss the changes and to answer questions. Verify Company Profile Feature Updated in OTCIQ for Compliance with SEC Rule 15c2-11
 

We recently introduced some changes for OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Companies to the “Verify Company Profile” feature on OTCIQ.com.These changes allow Alternative Reporting and Bank Reporting Companies to provide information required under the Amended SEC Rule 15c2-11 to maintain a public market for their securities.

We have improved the user experience, including functionality that makes it easier to review your entire profile at a glance. Additionally, new fields have been added to the Company Update Form and some previously optional fields are now required. Some of these changes are a result of the SEC amendments to Rule 15c2-11. All required fields will be denoted by a red asterisk.

Alternative Reporting Companies and Bank Reporting Companies on the OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Market are required to re-verify their profile using the new form in order to maintain compliance with our market requirements.
