Good morning, everyone!
Today I want to talk about customer service. It's critical to our, and every business's, success. I was thinking about that last week as I was making a special trip to my local Basha's grocery store for some Starbucks coffee. I go to the grocery store Starbucks rather than a stand alone Starbucks because they make my beautiful bride's drink correctly every time, and for some reason the stand alone Starbucks struggle with consistency for this unique selection.
Now, on my way home is a Fry's grocery store with a Starbucks in it. It USED to be our go-to. It's easy for me to swing by after dropping the girls off at school, and would only take me about 5 minutes
to get what I needed and get back to work. So what happened? Fry's kept bringing in new staff. The consistency went away, and the staff wasn't particularly pleasant.
At Basha's? They're pleasant, positive, know our drinks, and get them right every single time. That makes me go out of my way and spend an extra 10 minutes almost every day. I'm just like you, I appreciate being taken care of. The extra smile and positivity, along with getting what I need RIGHT, makes me smile and makes the extra time worth it.
Here at Top Class Actions, our customers are the attorneys we work with, and YOU, in a sense. Our viewers don't pay us for access to the site, but we still need to help you so you keep coming back. Nicole, who handles our
Facebook, comments on the website, and inquiries to questions@topclassactions.com, does an amazing job. We receive hundreds of notes from you every month, and Nicole answers every single one of them. It's a big key to our success. I hope you're doing the same in your job or business. Reach out to us, and Nicole, if you need any
help!
To all of our Veterans out there, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! I'd like to personally thank my Dad for serving this great country of ours in the Army in Vietnam. THANK YOU DAD! I hope every Veteran was able to enjoy their Monday!
OK, on to the lawsuit and settlement updates!
That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week!
Warm Regards,
