Join the COVID vaccine roll-out 

Dear Doctor

We invite your practice to express interest in participating in Phase 1b of the Australian Government’s COVID-19 Vaccine Roll-out.

The Phase 1b cohort includes:

• Adults aged 70 years and over,
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people older than 55 years
• Younger adults with an underlying medical condition, including those with a disability
• Health and high risk workers

This Expression of Interest (EOI) will identify individual general practices capable of participating in Phase 1b of the roll-out to commence from March 2021.

Currently only accredited general practices are eligible to submit an EOI response.  General practices who do not participate in this phase may still be involved in later phases of the vaccine roll-out. All general practices who meet requirements will have the opportunity to participate in the vaccine roll-out as more vaccines become available.

This background information provides guidance on the roll-out to assist you to make a decision.

Responses to this EOI must be submitted via the online EOI response form. This response form will OPEN at 9am AEDT, Saturday 23 January 2021, and will CLOSE at 11:59pm AWST Monday 1 February 2021.

This form must be completed in one sitting, it cannot be saved and completed at a later date. The background information linked above includes a copy of the EOI questions so that you can plan your responses.

If your practice has more than one location, a  separate EOI form must be submitted for each general practice location.
