“From a backbone of some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the world, planted in 1847 on Bethany Road, this is one of the greatest Turkey Flat releases yet. Mark Bulman has taken this estate to new heights and this wine is the barometer. It's deep in colour yet vibrant, loaded with dense black fruits and black pepper, framed in finely structured yet commanding tannins. Patience.”

2017 Turkey Flat Mataro – 95 Points | Order Now: $34
“Open-fermented with 20% whole bunches, matured for 6 months in French oak (50% new). Altogether elegant, likewise fresh and vibrantly juicy. The whole-bunch inclusion has worked very well, bringing a not of spice that will increase in the years ahead. Attention to detail is one of the many strengths to Turkey Flat
Drink: until to 2027

2017 Turkey Flat Rosé – 94 Points | Order Now: $22.5
“Pale salmon-crimson. Bursting to impress on both the nose and in the mouth. Raspberries, strawberries, anise and dried spice, a cut of apple-like acidity ramping the freshness further. 100% Barossa Valley. 100% delicious. They could give a money-back guarantee on this and never have to refund a cent.”

2016 Turkey Flat Butchers Block Shiraz - 95 Points | Order Now: $26
"Fermented with 15% whole bunches, and matured in used oak to throw the emphasis on the fruit. The Turkey is in full flight here, with delicious cherry and satsuma plum fruit given context by persistent but rounded tannins (and oak maturation)."
James Halliday
2016 Turkey Flat Butchers Block Red - 94 Points | Order Now: $23
"A shiraz/grenache/mourvedre blend, part sourced from some of the oldest (1865) vines on the Turkey Flat vineyard. Excellent colour; a warm and spicy bouquet introduces a medium-bodied palate with red and black berries, plus good mouthfeel and length. Oak plays little or no part in framing the palate, fine tannins doing the trick.”

2015 Turkey Flat The Last Straw – 95 Points | 5 Stars | Order Now 375ml: $37.5
“Partially dried on straw mats, and follows the practice used (in tiny amounts) in the Rhone Valley. It's beautifully balanced, the marsanne fruit hand in glove with oak, residual sugar and acidity. It will thrive with decades in bottle”.
