Product Feature: TL-PPG - AFA Cartesian Robot Top Load Case/Carton Packer
This application of the TL-PPG featured a collating and top loading system for handling bars of product at 300 ppm. The system also can handle RSC Cases and Chipboard Cartons without the need for two separate machines. The gantry robot on the TL-PPG is fully built and designed by AFA. No need for integration of a third-party robot. Allen Bradley Controls are standard on the TL-PPG.

AFA Systems' turnkey automation systems integrate world-class machinery to provide a highly efficient manufacturing cell. This application featured a Cremer Counting System to integrate with a high-speed servo-driven cartoning system. The turnkey system can run products up to 600 products per minute and 200 cartons per minute. The patented sure-load system ensures that no product will fall out during machine operation.
