Dauphin County Live Concert Series
Live music returns to the riverfront as the
Dauphin County Live Concert Series kicks off its outdoor lineup at Riverfront Park. Grab your tickets and head down to the water this month to catch Joe Russo’s Almost Dead on July 19 and Lake Street Dive on July 31 playing live against an unbeatable Susquehanna sunset.

New Downtown Businesses

Denim Coffee has officially moved into its biggest shop yet at 17 S. 2nd Street. Located on the first floor of the Menaker building, this massive new flagship space features live-edge window bars, roasted-to-order espresso, and plenty of room to sit and stay awhile. The new location also includes a tech-inclusive meeting space that accommodates up to 30 attendees. Denim also has a café at 401 Walnut Street in Harrisburg.

Right up the street, Crispy Halal is serving up fresh, made-to-order NYC-style comfort food at 209 N. 2nd Street. Stop by for massive chicken and lamb platters over basmati rice, gyro wraps, and classic chopped cheese sandwiches perfect for a quick lunch or a late-night bite.

Madame Rochéle’s Apothecary celebrated its grand opening on June 26th at 200 N. 2nd Street. This highly anticipated, fantasy-inspired cocktail lounge and tea house features an overhead menu of custom potions and elixirs, non-alcoholic options, and cozy velvet seating wrapped in lush greenery.

New Exhibit at the Susquehanna Art Museum

Featuring traditional Korean patchwork, charcoal drawings, and powerful storytelling, the Susquehanna Art Museum’s newest exhibition highlights the incredible career of artist SoHyun Bae. Stop by the Beverlee and Bill Lehr Gallery between July 18 and October 18 to explore this unique collection before it moves on.
